Terms and Conditions

  1. By signing the release form on departure your are agreeing to Premier Meet and Greet’s full terms and conditions you are entering a contract between you the customer and Premier Meet and Greet. Allowing Premier Meet and Greet’s drivers to drive your car.

Premier Meet and Greet drivers are only insured to drive your car and Premier Meet and Greet do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to your car whilst it is parked with Premier Meet and Greet. Your car is parked subject to the terms and conditions of your own insurance. Any claims with be dealt with on an individual basis and Premier Meet and Greet will endeavour to resolve these claims fairly and amicably.

  5. Premier Meet and Greet do not take any responsibility for any broken or faulty bulbs, windscreens, wing mirrors, aerials, punctures, chip marks, scratches or the interior of your vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle is road legal (taxed, MOT and insured) roadworthy and legal to drive.

  7. Cancellations are subject to a refund minus a £5 administration charge providing Premier Meet and Greet receive at least 24 hours notice. Credit notes may be issued as an alternative to refunds in such a case the £5 administration charge will not apply.

  9. You are responsible for the contents and possessions of your vehicle and Premier Meet and Greet will not be held liable for any loss or damage of these.

  11. You are responsible for the information entered into the booking and release forms. Please check these details upon departure. Premier Meet and Greet do not accept responsibility for any delays due to wrong information on these forms.

  13. Late returns are charged at £8 per day, payable upon the return of your vehicle.

  15. In the event of your vehicle being involved in an accident premier meet and greet will provide you with means of travel to get you home in the quickest possible time. This may be in the form of a hire car or taxi. Premier Meet and Greet will then offer you the up most cooperation and support in keeping you mobile until your car is returned in a satisfactory condition. As stated before all claims will be dealt with on an individual basis and premier meet and greet will endeavour to be cooperative and supportive in the event of any claim being made.

  17. Should vehicle keys for any reason be lost or misplaced Premier Meet and Greet will replace relevant keys. If the incident coincides with your return a taxi to get you home will be provide and paid for by Premier Meet and Greet. As a precaution Premier Meet and Greet advise that you take a spare key on holiday to save on any inconvenience. Premier will not be responsible for any keys other than keys relevant to the car and all unnecessary keys should be removed and only relevant keys should be handed over to our driver.
